okay first off it came with my new vista computer that i got in june of last year. I've activated the 60 day trial thing before but heres my problem...
i opened the microsoft word thing and a box came up (as it always did) so i typed in the new key. it approved and i pressed continue, then i followed the directions from there, i pressed install now and then it told me to close the Microsoft word, so i did, and then it would work. well i tried it a couple times and it didn't work. can you please give me step by step directions on how to get it working again. thanks soooo muchh!
P.S. sinse it came with my computer i thought i wouldnt have to pay for it.

Trial software is ''try before you buy.'' MS and other give you this incentive to reel you in so that you ''want'' to buy it. Companies that allow this (your computer for instance) get a break in price because their product is on their computers. So other than paying for it you might want to consider openoffice. It is a free that gives the same capabilities as word. Check out the link below.

What came with your computer was a 60 day trial. Did you buy it? If not you can't get it working. If you did, call Microsoft tech support, and they'll get it working for you.
