Today I downloaded all these live products frm microsoft to my XP Sp2 system.http://get.live.com/WL/config_all/ Thereu can see it says 'This software may update automatically. It also lets you use Microsoft Update, which delivers updates for this and other Microsoft software using your Windows Update settings'.
So, my Q : What do I've do to use windows update via live services ?

Nothing, it should be configured by default to poll Microsoft servers periodically, look for updates, download then and install them - and then notify you about it.
