I don't understand why Microsoft wants Yahoo so much! Yahoo said no and Microsoft wants to go to sly and tricky ways to get Yahoo! Why!?

Because they feel that by combining the strengths of Yahoo and MSN they can challenge Google for supremacy. Their latest deadline and threat to lower the offer and take it to the shareholders is really pretty standard stuff in the corporate world; it's a classic example of a ''Hostile Takeover.''
