I am having some problems with spammers using the microsoft corporate logo. I called up Vista tech support. I asked them for the email of the department that deals with fraud. She gave me this email at abuse@microsoft.com
This email does not exist. I must say that Microsoft has one of the worst departments I have ever seen for contacting. It looks like they are purposely attempting to hide any contact information.

How odd I saw folks on the internet saying that address you have was being retired, yet it's on their web site.

If you live here or in Seattle, just stop by Building 8 on the Microsoft Campus. I'm sure when you get close to the Admin offices you will get all the attention you need.
But if you can't get in touch with them by email or phone:

If its spam save your time; dump it and forget about it.
If they catch the spammers they'll have more than just a Trademark dispute with Microsoft to worry about. Most countries would put them in prison for several years for the spam.
If you are really worried, print the spam and send Microsoft an letter.
